Clearwater is a luxurious development of stylish semi-detached houses ideally located in the heart of Glenbeigh Village on the Ring of Kerry. 

THE ACCOMMODATION

Clearwater Holiday Homes are lovely spacious and modern holiday homes. The houses are in an exclusive private development , just walking distance from the shops and local amenities. First opened in the summer of 2005, each of these houses has three bedrooms - one master double bedroom with an ensuite bathroom, one twin bedroom (which is also ensuite) along with a single bedroom.  There is a separate bathroom upstairs also.  Some of the houses also feature a double sofa bed downstairs to accommodate an additional two people.  There is a guest toilet downstairs.

The sitting room is spacious and features a cosy suite of furniture and a coal effect electric fireplace.  There is also a colour TV and cd player.  The kitchen area is bright and spacious with patio doors leading out to the back garden area.  The kitchen is fully equipped with all modern conveniences including electric oven, microwave, washer/ dryer and dishwasher.  

Each of the houses has a small front garden area planted with flowerbeds along with a private back garden and there is a larger green area in front of the houses for children to play.  Each house also has its own outdoor dining table and chairs. 

Clearwater Holiday Homes are heated with oil-fired central heating  charged at €1.35 per unit.   Electricity is based on individual meter readings charged at 0.35 cents per unit. These charges are payable onsite to the Supervisor.  There is private off-street parking for each house.

One of the houses has been especially adapted for wheelchair users with a bedroom and bathroom downstairs.  This particular house has four bedrooms sleeping 6. 

Pets:

If taking your pet along with you to Clearwater, it must be pre-arranged through Dream Ireland as not all owners accept pets. An additional cleaning fee of €30 per pet applies, this is payable directly to the keyholder onsite.

Rossbeigh Beach

Glenbeigh is probably best known for its golden blue flag unspoilt Rossbeigh beach, which lies on the outskirts of the village.  Rossbeigh beach stretches for seven glorious kilometers and truly is one of Ireland’s most beautiful beaches offering spectacular views across to Inch beach and the Dingle Mountains.  It is an ideal beach for swimming. windsurfing, sailing, horse-trekking, sailing, sea fishing, shore fishing and many other water sports and activities.

Hillwalking
Glenbeigh is situated along the Kerry Way Walking Route offering beautiful scenery, mountains and hills. 

Angling
Both Glenbeigh and its neighbouring town of Killorglin offer some wonderful fishing spots.

Wynn’s Castle
The walls of Wynn’s Castle dating back to 1797 are still standing. The view of Glenbeigh and its environs can be seen from this old ruin and memories of days gone by can be visualised.
